Dangerous Structure definition

Dangerous Structure means any structure which has conditions or defects as described in MMC
Dangerous Structure means a structure that is potentially hazardous to persons or property, including, but not limited to: (a) a structure that is in danger of partial or complete collapse; (b) a structure with any exterior parts that are loose or in danger of falling; or (c) a structure with any parts, such as floors, porches, railings, stairs, ramps, balconies or roofs, that are accessible and that are either collapsed, in danger of collapsing or unable to support the weight of normally imposed loads.
Dangerous Structure means any building, wall or other structure in Pittsylvania County that fails to comply with the building code through damage, deterioration, infestation, improper maintenance, or for any other reason or reasons, and thereby becomes unsafe, unsanitary, or deficient in adequate exit facilities, or which constitutes a hazard or public nuisance or is otherwisedangerous to human life, health or safety, or the public welfare and which might endanger the public health or safety of other residents of Pittsylvania County. :

Dangerous Structure means any structure which has any of the conditions or defects described in section 6-153.

  • Hazardous Air Pollutant (HAP means any pollutant listed by the EPA as a hazardous air pollutant in conformance with Section 112(b) of the Clean Air Act. A list of these pollutants is available at the Division of Air Quality.

  • Hazardous air pollutant means any air pollutant listed as a hazardous air pollutant pursuant to Section 112(b) of the FCAA.
