Data Opt Out definition

Data Opt Out means: (a) your right (where you are the posting customer); or (b) the Originating Customer's or Customer Entity's right (as applicable), to opt out of JICMAIL's data sharing initiative as referred to in paragraph 5.2(b) or 5.2(c) of Part 1 of Schedule 4 (Standard Services); Data Opt Out Notification has the meaning given to it in paragraph 5.2(b) of Part 1 of Schedule 4 (Standard Services);
