Data Privacy Contact definition

Data Privacy Contact means the email address identified below each Party’s signature below, or such updated address as a Party may notify to the other Party’s Data Privacy Contact.

  • At Customer’s request to the Tripwire Data Privacy Contact, Tripwire shall provide a copy of its most current available SOC2 audit report, if any, subject to the confidentiality terms of the Agreement.

  • Customer requests under this Section 5.1 must be made to the Tripwire Data Privacy Contact.

  • At Customer’s request to the Tripwire Data Privacy Contact, Tripwire shall allow Customer (or Customer’s independent third party auditor) to conduct an on-site audit of the procedures relevant to the protection of Personal Data, subject to the confidentiality provisions of the Agreement.

  • The list of Sub-Processors currently engaged by Tripwire and authorized by Customer (“Sub-Processor List”) is available at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/ or by email request to the Tripwire Data Privacy Contact.

  • Customer may request to receive notifications of updates to the Sub-Processor List by sending a request to the Tripwire Data Privacy Contact.

  • If any such request, correspondence, inquiry or complaint is made directly to Tripwire, Tripwire shall promptly (and in any event within five business days) inform the Customer Data Privacy Contact, providing full details of the request, correspondence, enquiry or complaint.

  • On expiration of the retention period, termination of Customer’s Agreement, or earlier on Customer’s request to Tripwire’s Data Privacy Contact, Tripwire shall (at Customer's election) promptly destroy or return to Customer all Personal Data in its possession or control, including any Personal Data subcontracted to a third party for Processing.

  • Data Privacy Laws means any state or national law or regulation protecting the privacy, confidentiality, or security of Personal Information.

  • Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;

  • Information Service Traffic Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider for the provision of Information Service. ISP-Bound Traffic is a subset of Information Service Traffic. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring: Wiring within the customer Premises that extends to the Demarcation Point of CenturyLink’s outside plant. Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).

  • Privacy Shield means the European Union (EU) -U.S. and Switzerland – U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • The HIPAA Privacy Rule means the Standards for Privacy of Individually 10 Identifiable Health Information at 45 CFR Part 160 and Part 164, Subparts A and E.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • account information service means an online service to provide consolidated information on one or more payment accounts held by the payment service user with either another payment service provider or with more than one payment service provider;

  • air traffic control service means a service provided for the purpose of:

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • HIPAA Privacy Rule means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services to protect the privacy of Protected Health Information, including, but not limited to, 45 CFR Part 160 and 45 CFR Part 164, Subpart A and Subpart E.

  • Customer Confidential Information means Confidential Information of the Customer provided to Computershare.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Information Privacy and Security Laws means all applicable laws concerning the privacy, data protection, transfer, or security of Personal Confidential Information, including, to the extent applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU), other state, and federal, data security laws, data breach notification laws, and consumer protection laws.

  • Service Data means query logs, performance data, such as traffic and conversion data, and other information about Customer’s use of the Service and Professional Services. Service Data may not include any Personal Data and is not considered Customer Content.

  • aerodrome control service means air traffic control service for aerodrome traffic;

  • flight information service means a service provided for the purpose of giving advice and information useful for the safe and efficient conduct of flights;

  • Data Provider means a Participant that is registered to provide information to GS1 South Africa for use through the Verified by GS1 Services.

  • Information Service Provider A provider of Information Service. Information Service Provider includes, but is not limited to, Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

  • Data Safeguards means the highest industry-standard safeguards (including administrative, physical, technical, and procedural safeguards) against the destruction, loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of the JBE Data or Confidential Information, and such other related safeguards that are set forth in Applicable Laws, a Statement of Work, or pursuant to JBE policies or procedures.

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.2.2. "Directory Assistance Lists" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.

  • Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.
