Data Processing Exhibit definition

Data Processing Exhibit or “DPE” means the Universal Data Processing Exhibit located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/en-us/legal/universal-contract-terms-and-conditions/index.html, which may be updated by Workday from time to time to comply with applicable Data Protection Laws applicable to Workday as a Data Processor. No update will materially decrease Workday’s Data Processor obligations under the DPE.
Data Processing Exhibit or “DPE” means the Universal Data Processing Exhibit located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/en-us/legal/contract-terms-and-conditions/index.html.
Data Processing Exhibit or “DPE” means the Universal Data Processing Exhibit attached hereto.

  • The parties will follow the process agreed in Section 3 (Subprocessing) of the Honeywell Data Processing Exhibit.

  • Which personal data is processed by the Cloud Services and how it is processed is described in more detail in the Data Processing Exhibit for EQS Cloud Services, available at xxx.xxx.xxx.

  • Upon termination of the Agreement, Subcontractor will return, delete or anonymize all Honeywell Personal Data in accordance with the Agreement except to the extent Subcontractor is required by applicable law to retain Honeywell Personal Data in which case the terms of this Data Processing Exhibit will continue to apply to the retained Honeywell Personal Data.

  • Upon Honeywell’s written request and subject to obligations of confidentiality, Subcontractor will (and will ensure that its Subprocessors will) provide to Honeywell all information necessary to demonstrate its compliance with this Data Processing Exhibit.

  • Honeywell (or an independent auditor mandated by Honeywell) may audit Subcontractor’s compliance with such obligations at regular intervals or if there are indications of non-compliance with the terms of this Data Processing Exhibit ("Audits").

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Data Site means an electronic password protected data site maintained by the Borrower (or by the Collateral Manager on behalf of Borrower) at Xxxxxxx Corporation, Intralinks, SyndTrak Online or any other similar electronic distribution system reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
