Data Sharer definition

Data Sharer means a subscriber to a CRA credit account closed user group.
Data Sharer means a Participant that has entered into an HIE Agreement with GNHCC and has elected thereunder to make Data maintained in such Participant’s EMR available for access by other Participants through the GNHCC-HIE and also has elected under such HIE Agreement to have the authority to access and view Data from the GNHCC-HIE that is made available by other Participants. A Data Sharer is essentially a Data Receiver and a Data Supplier.
