Data Sharing Agreement A formal agreement that documents what data is being shared and how the data can be used between the Parties. “Data Sharing Code of Practice” the code of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in respect to the sharing of personal data “Data Subject Access Request” a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data.
Pricing Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.
Cost sharing means the respective share of Total Project Costs to be contributed by the Applicant and by DOE. The percentage of Applicant Cost Share is to be applied to the Total Project Cost (i.e., the sum of Applicant plus DOE Cost Shares) rather than to the DOE contribution alone.
Group One means Series 2001-D and each other Series specified in the related Supplement to be included in Group One.
Optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement Traffic is traffic that under an optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement chosen by the Customer terminates outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area.
Remaining Scheduled Payments means, with respect to the Called Principal of any Note, all payments of such Called Principal and interest thereon that would be due after the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal if no payment of such Called Principal were made prior to its scheduled due date, provided that if such Settlement Date is not a date on which interest payments are due to be made under the terms of the Notes, then the amount of the next succeeding scheduled interest payment will be reduced by the amount of interest accrued to such Settlement Date and required to be paid on such Settlement Date pursuant to Section 8.2 or 12.1.
Plan Schedule means the key terms applicable to Plans as set, and as may be varied by Us, from time to time in its absolute discretion without notice to You;
Revenue sharing means sharing tax increment proceeds as defined in ORS 457.470.
GROUP III All applicants for employment who have had two (2) or more years' experience in the trade, are residents of the geographical area constituting the normal construction labor market area, and who have been employed in the normal construction labor market area for at least six (6) months in the last two and one-half (2½) years in the geographical area covered by the collective bargaining agreement.
Loan Schedule The schedule, as amended from time to time, of Loans attached hereto as Exhibit D, which shall set forth as to each Loan the following, among other things:
Waste load allocation means (i) the water quality-based annual mass load of total nitrogen or
Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.
Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.
