Examples of Data Sharing Schedule in a sentence

  • As at the date of this Agreement, it is not intended that any of the Additional Parties shall be sharing any data but to the extent that they do, they shall be bound by the terms of the Data Sharing Schedule.

  • Each Party shall have the rights and obligations subscribed to it under the Data Sharing Schedule 2 set out below.

  • In addition to the terms defined in the Agreement, the following expressions shall have the following meanings in respect of this Data Sharing Schedule unless inconsistent with the context:- “Additional Parties” any party, other than any of the Disclosing Parties, with which CCDCPF is authorised by the SRO to share Agreement Personal Data.

  • Collaborator shall provide to MSD copies of all Joint Clinical Data and any MSD Clinical Data in electronic form or other mutually agreeable alternate form and on the timelines specified in the Data Sharing Schedule or mutually agreed; provided, however, that a complete copy of the Joint Clinical Data and any MSD Clinical Data shall be provided to MSD no later than [***]following MSD Compound Study Completion or any sooner termination of this Agreement.

  • Collaborator shall provide to MSD copies of all Joint Clinical Data and any MSD Clinical Data in electronic form or other mutually agreeable alternate form and on the timelines specified in the Data Sharing Schedule or mutually agreed; provided, however, that a complete copy of the Joint Clinical Data and any MSD Clinical Data shall be provided to MSD no later than [***] days following MSD Compound Study Completion or any sooner termination of this Agreement.

  • Where a conflict or inconsistency arises between the terms contained in the clauses of this Agreement and any part of a Data Sharing Schedule, the terms of the Data Sharing Schedule prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.

  • If the Recipient confirms that the data: is available and able to be extracted, then the data must be provided to the Departments in accordance with the terms of this Funding Agreement, including without limitation, the Data Sharing Schedule; or is not available and unable to be extracted, then the Recipient must promptly provide written reasons to substantiate its assessment.

  • Xxxxxx Council and the Provider agree that this Data Sharing Schedule shall be reviewed and amended in writing as and when required and that any amended version shall form part of this Agreement.

Related to Data Sharing Schedule

  • Monitoring Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the monitoring arrangements.

  • Pricing Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.

  • Unallocated annuity contract means any annuity contract or group annuity certificate which is not issued to and owned by an individual, except to the extent of any annuity benefits guaranteed to an individual by an insurer under such contract or certificate.

  • Cost sharing means the respective share of Total Project Costs to be contributed by the Applicant and by DOE. The percentage of Applicant Cost Share is to be applied to the Total Project Cost (i.e., the sum of Applicant plus DOE Cost Shares) rather than to the DOE contribution alone.

  • Group Annuity Contract means a master contract providing annuities to a group of persons under a single con- tract.

  • Group One means Series 2001-D and each other Series specified in the related Supplement to be included in Group One.

  • Claims Allocation and Handling Agreement means the agreement of that name approved by XXX;

  • Prepayment Charge Schedule A data field in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A which sets forth the amount or method of calculation of the Prepayment Charge and the term during which such Prepayment Charge is imposed with respect to a Mortgage Loan.

  • Optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement Traffic is traffic that under an optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement chosen by the Customer terminates outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area.

  • Insurance Schedule means Schedule 3 attached hereto.

  • Loss Allocation Limitation As defined in Section 4.4(g).

  • Cost allocation plan means central service cost allocation plan, public assistance cost allocation plan, and indirect cost rate proposal. Each of these terms are further defined in this section.

  • Remaining Scheduled Payments means, with respect to the Called Principal of any Note, all payments of such Called Principal and interest thereon that would be due after the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal if no payment of such Called Principal were made prior to its scheduled due date, provided that if such Settlement Date is not a date on which interest payments are due to be made under the Notes, then the amount of the next succeeding scheduled interest payment will be reduced by the amount of interest accrued to such Settlement Date and required to be paid on such Settlement Date pursuant to Section 8.4 or Section 12.1.

  • Plan Schedule means the key terms applicable to Plans as set, and as may be varied by Us, from time to time in its absolute discretion without notice to You;

  • Enrollee point-of-service cost-sharing or "cost-sharing" means amounts paid to health carriers directly providing services, health care providers, or health care facilities by enrollees and may include copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles.

  • Revenue sharing means sharing tax increment proceeds as defined in ORS 457.470.

  • Purchase description means the words used in a solicitation to describe the supplies, services, or construction to be purchased, and includes specifications attached to or made a part of the solicitation.

  • Group III All applicants for employment who have had two (2) or more years' experience in the trade, are residents of the geographical area constituting the normal construction labor market area, and who have been employed in the normal construction labor market area for at least six (6) months in the last two and one-half (2½) years in the geographical area covered by the collective bargaining agreement.

  • Loan Schedule The schedule, as amended from time to time, of Loans attached hereto as Exhibit D, which shall set forth as to each Loan the following, among other things:

  • Individual Support Plan means a document in writing (as amended from time to time) between You and a Service User, their family, guardian, advocate or financial manager about the disability services to be delivered to the Service User and how those services will be delivered to meet the Service User’s identified goals;

  • Seller 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(i).

  • Waste load allocation means (i) the water quality-based annual mass load of total nitrogen or

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

  • ISDA Benchmarks Supplement means the Benchmarks Supplement (as amended and updated as at the date of issue of the first Tranche of the Notes of the relevant Series (as specified in the relevant Final Terms)) published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc;

  • Loan Terms means and refers collectively to (a) all the terms and conditions set out in the Application Form, (b) these General Terms and Conditions, and (d) all terms and conditions specified in the other Loan Documents.
