Date of Adoption definition

Date of Adoption means the earlier of (1) a judicial decree of adoption, or (2) the assumption of custody or placement with the Subscriber or Subscriber’s Spouse, pending adoption of a prospective adoptive child by a prospective adoptive parent.

Date of Adoption means the date on which these Articles were adopted;

Date of Adoption means the earlier of the date the Plan was approved by the Company’s stockholders or adopted by the Board.

• Minority Member means a member holding less than the Minimum Shareholding on or at any time after the Date of Adoption.
