Retirement Eligibility means attainment of age 60 and completion of at least five (5) years of continuous service with the Company.
Certificate of eligibility means a document issued by the bureau stating that the criminal record and all records of arrest, investigation, and detention associated with a case that is the subject of a petition for expungement is eligible for expungement.
Year of Eligibility Service means, for any Special Employee, a credit used to determine his eligibility to participate under the Plan, as further described in Section 2.2.
Date of Service means the date on which the client receives medical services or items, unless otherwise specified in the appropriate provider rules. For items that are mailed or shipped by the provider, the date of service is the date on which the order was received, the date on which the item was fabricated, or the date on which the item was mailed or shipped.
Eligibility Waiting Period means the continuous length of time you must be in Active Employment in an eligible class to reach your Eligibility Date.
Evidence of Eligibility means evidence of an individual's eligibility for training subsidised through the Skills First Program in accordance with the eligibility requirements set out in this VET Funding Contract and the Guidelines about Determining Student Eligibility and Supporting Evidence.
date of claim means the date on which the application or claim is made, or treated as made, for the purposes of this scheme
Eligibility Service of an employee means the period or periods of service credited to him under the provisions of Article II for purposes of determining his eligibility to participate in the Plan as may be required under Article III or Article VI.
Retirement Eligible means that the Participant has either attained age 55 and completed ten (10) years of Service as an Employee or attained age 60 and completed five (5) years of Service as an Employee.
Benefit Commencement Date means, for any Participant or beneficiary, the date as of which the first benefit payment, including a single sum, from the Participant’s Account is due, other than pursuant to a withdrawal under Article VIII.
Eligibility means the decision as to whether an individual qualifies, under financial and nonfinancial requirements, to receive program benefits.
Eligibility Computation Period means a 12-consecutive month period beginning with your first day of employment. Any succeeding Eligibility Computation Period will then switch to the Plan Year, beginning with the Plan Year that includes your first anniversary of employment. You will generally earn an hour of service for each hour you are paid for the performance of duties for the Company (however, numerous exceptions and special rules apply).
Entry Date means the Effective Date of the Plan and each January 1 and July 1 of each Plan Year after the Effective Date.
Qualifying Period means 12 continuous Calendar Weeks during the whole or part of which the Agency Worker is supplied by one or more Temporary Work Agencies to the relevant Hirer to work temporarily for and under the supervision and direction of the relevant Hirer in the same role, and as further defined in Schedule 1 to these Terms;
Eligibility Date means, with respect to each Borrower and Guarantor and each Swap, the date on which this Agreement or any Other Document becomes effective with respect to such Swap (for the avoidance of doubt, the Eligibility Date shall be the Effective Date of such Swap if this Agreement or any Other Document is then in effect with respect to such Borrower or Guarantor, and otherwise it shall be the Effective Date of this Agreement and/or such Other Document(s) to which such Borrower or Guarantor is a party).
Eligibility Record Date means a record date that is 1 year or more before the adoption of a plan of conversion by a credit union board and is set forth in a plan of conversion for determining eligible members of a converting credit union.
Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and
Eligible Earnings means the Grantee's base salary (prior to any deferrals under a cash or deferred compensation plan sponsored by the Corporation or an Affiliate) paid during the Plan Year. From time to time the Plan Administrator may, in its sole discretion, establish rules for determining the amounts of Eligible Earnings for employees who become Grantees other than on the first day of a Plan Year as well as any reduction of Eligible Earnings as a result of paid leave of absences.
Date of Employment means:
(i) in the case of an Employee whose employment commenced between the 1st and 15th days inclusive of any month, the 1st day of that calendar month; or
(ii) in the case of an Employee whose employment commenced between the 16th and last days inclusive of any month, the 1st day of the following calendar month.
list of eligible voters means the list referred to in rule 22.1, containing the information in rule 22.2;
Retirement Date means the date as of which a Participant retires for reasons other than Total and Permanent Disability, whether such retirement occurs on a Participant's Normal Retirement Date or Late Retirement Date (see Section 6.1).
eligibility adviser means:
(i) a person that is registered as an investment dealer and authorized to give advice with respect to the type of security being distributed; and
(ii) in Saskatchewan or Manitoba, also means a lawyer who is a practicing member in good standing with a law society of a jurisdiction of Canada or a public accountant who is a member in good standing of an institute or association of chartered accountants, certified general accountants or certified management accountants in a jurisdiction of Canada provided that the lawyer or public accountant must not:
(A) have a professional, business or personal relationship with the issuer, or any of its directors, executive officers, founders, or control persons, and
(B) have acted for or been retained personally or otherwise as an employee, executive officer, director, associate or partner of a person that has acted for or been retained by the issuer or any of its directors, executive officers, founders or control persons within the previous 12 months;
Benefit Distribution Date means the date upon which all or an objectively determinable portion of a Participant’s vested benefits will become eligible for distribution. Except as otherwise provided in the Plan, a Participant’s Benefit Distribution Date shall be determined based on the earliest to occur of an event or scheduled date set forth in Articles 4 through 9, as applicable.
Eligible Spouse means a spouse of an Eligible Retiree who satisfies the requirements for eligibility described in the Eligibility section of this document, or an ex-spouse who is an Eligible Spouse with rights to coverage as an Eligible Spouse pursuant to a court order recognized by SHARP. A Spouse must be married to retiree at least one year prior to the effective date of retirement. A Spouse married after the retiree’s effective retirement date is considered a non-eligible spouse for purposes of the Plan. [See “Spouse”]
Deferred Retirement Date means, in the case of any Participant who continues in employment after his Normal Retirement Date, the first day of any month following his actual retirement.
Qualifying Time Period means the period defined in Section 2.3.C, during which the Applicant shall make investment on the Land where the Qualified Property is located in the amount required by the Act, the Comptroller’s Rules, and this Agreement.
