Date of First Delivery definition

Date of First Delivery means the date when Ethanol produced at the Plant is available for Delivery to Buyer under this Agreement.
Date of First Delivery means the date when Ethanol Producer notifies Lansing that Ethanol being merchandised under this Agreement is available for delivery to Lansing from the Project.
Date of First Delivery shall be the date on which gas is first delivered by the Seller to the Buyer which date shall be no earlier than July 1, 2001.

  • Producer shall notify RPMG as soon as possible of any revisions to the Projected Date of First Delivery.

  • Producer shall notify Cargill two (2) months in advance of the Projected Date of First Delivery of any revisions to the Initial Quantity or Projected Date of First Delivery, together with its anticipated need for Corn during the first six months of operations at the Ethanol Facility.

  • Approximately sixty (60) days prior to Seller’s projected Date of First Delivery, Seller shall provide Buyer with Seller’s best estimate of the projected Date of First Delivery covering a range of ten (10) days, and shall update such estimate on a weekly basis.


More Definitions of Date of First Delivery

Date of First Delivery means the first day that Crude Petroleum is delivered to the BOE PIPELINE System at a Receipt Point for transportation to the Redelivery Point pursuant to a CPTA.
Date of First Delivery means the date that Producer first delivers DGs produced at the Ethanol Facility to Cargill. Producer expects the Date of First Delivery to occur by August 1, 2007 (“Projected Date of First Delivery”).   • Amendment and Restatement Effective Date means June 28, 2018, the date the amendments and restatements to the Plan of May 7, 2018 are subject to approval by the Company’s stockholders at the Company’s 2018 Annual Meeting.
