Date of Occupation means the date set out in Annexure 1;
Date of Occupation means the date specified in clause 1.9 of the Contract of Sale, subject to the provisions of clause 6 of the Conditions of Sale;

More Definitions of Date of Occupation
Date of Occupation means the date of registration of transfer of the property into the name of the Purchaser, whether the Purchaser takes actual occupation of such property or not;
