Date of Settlement definition

Date of Settlement or “settlement” means the date on which settlement is actually effected whether that is the Date of Entry or not;
Date of Settlement means the date on which a written settlement agreement or release is signed by an insured or, in the absence of these documents, the date on which the insured or the attorney for the insured receives payment of any sum required by the settlement agreement. An advance payment as defined in ORS 31.550 shall not be deemed a payment of a settlement for pur- poses of the time limitation in this subsection.

  • All representations, warranties and covenants set forth in this Settlement Agreement shall be deemed continuing and shall survive the Effective Date of Settlement.

More Definitions of Date of Settlement

Date of Settlement means the date of entry of the Order Granting Preliminary Approval of the Settlement.
Date of Settlement. The receipt by the Company of immediately available funds in payment for a Book-Entry Security and the authentication and issuance of the Global Security representing such Book-Entry Security shall constitute "settlement" with respect to such Book-Entry Security. All orders accepted by the Company will be settled on the third Business Day pursuant to the timetable for settlement set forth below unless the Company and the purchaser agree to settlement on another day which shall be no earlier than the next Business Day.

  • Effective Date of Settlement means: the date on which all of the conditions to settlement set forth in § 2 of this Settlement Agreement have been fully satisfied or waived and the Settlement shall have become Final.

  • Standard Settlement Period means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company’s primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise.

  • Final Settlement means permanent settlement of the Contractor’s actual allowable costs or expenditures as determined at the time of audit, which shall be completed within three years of the date the year-end cost settlement report was accepted for interim settlement by the State. If the audit is not completed within three years, the interim settlement shall be considered as the final settlement.

  • Share Settlement means a number of shares of Class A Common Stock equal to the number of Redeemed Units.

  • Cash Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).
