Due Date / Time means the date and time when the work should be completed in terms of the service levels agreed on between the Municipality and the Contractor.
Free Time means the period specified in the terminal schedule during which cargo may occupy space assigned to it on terminal property, including off-dock facilities, free of wharf demurrage or terminal storage charges immediately prior to the loading or subsequent to the discharge of such cargo on or off the vessel.
Bill Date The date when a CenturyLink service is billed and/or invoiced to a customer. The Bill Date is generally the date one (1) Day past the billing cycle close date and will appear on any such bill or invoice.
Allowance Date means the date on which a Claim becomes an Allowed Claim.
Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)
Hire Date has the meaning given to it in Section 2.6(a).
Rise time means the difference in time between the 10 per cent and 90 per cent response of the final reading (t10 to t90)
Estimated Closing Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Estimated Closing Date Balance Sheet shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) hereof.
Tax Payment Date means, with respect to any applicable Taxes, the date occurring 30 days prior to the date the same are due and payable.
Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;
Return Time means the time by which the Vehicle must be returned on the Return Date as shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A;

Inception Date means in respect of a Fund, the first date on which the Fund issued shares.
Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.
Claim Period means the period of time during which a Settlement Class Member must submit a Claim Form to be eligible to receive a Cash Benefit or Billing Credit Option as part of the Settlement. The Claim Period shall commence not later than thirty (30) days after the Preliminary Approval Date, as defined herein, and shall conclude not more than ninety (90) days after it commences.
Interim Payment has the meaning specified in Section 10.1.
Current Distribution Date means a Distribution Date specified as a reference date for calculating the Expected Distributions with respect to the Certificates of any Trust as of such Distribution Date.
Distribution Commencement Date means the Issue Date or such other date as may be specified as the Distribution Commencement Date on the face of such Perpetual Security;
Proposal Due Date and Time means the date and time specified in the Request for Proposal as the deadline for submitting Proposals.
Response Time (t90) means the difference in time between the change of the component to be measured at the reference point and a system response of 90 per cent of the final reading (t90) with the sampling probe being defined as the reference point, whereby the change of the measured component is at least 60 per cent full scale (FS) and takes place in less than 0.1 second. The system response time consists of the delay time to the system and of the rise time of the system
Benefit Distribution Date means the date upon which all or an objectively determinable portion of a Participant’s vested benefits will become eligible for distribution. Except as otherwise provided in the Plan, a Participant’s Benefit Distribution Date shall be determined based on the earliest to occur of an event or scheduled date set forth in Articles 4 through 9, as applicable.
Return Date means the date on which the Insured is scheduled to return to the point where the Trip started or to a different specified Return Destination. This date is specified in the travel documents.
Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.
Lease Payment Date means, with respect to any Interest Payment Date, the 5th Business Day immediately preceding such Interest Payment Date.
