Time Assigned. Generally, the majority of assigned staff will work at the TJJD facility during nighttime hours. The exact work hours might differ from facility to facility based on TJJD’s needs, service model, policies, and procedures. PPI and assigned staff will work with TJJD to develop an exact schedule. Assigned staff under this contract will not work shifts that exceed twelve (12) hours. PPI will rotate assigned staff for days off in a manner that maintains full support to TJJD at all times.
Time Assigned outside the academic year as well as the exchange time will be determined between the counselor and his/her supervisor prior to the assignment. A good faith effort will be made to find times that are reasonable and that achieves mutual benefit.
Time Assigned. The Parties acknowledge the Guaranteed Use Times for the District and the City of Merced Programs as attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by this reference. The District’s time assigned to the portion of the Facility on City property equates to 33 % of the total available hours.
Time Assigned. The Employee shall report to and be responsible to the Chairman of the Board in the regular conduct of his duties.
