DB Member definition

DB Member means a Member who is accruing Credited Service under the DB Provisions.
DB Member means a Member other than a DC Member.
DB Member means a Member who participates in the DB Provisions in accordance with Section 3.05.

  • DB Member means a Member of the Scheme who was a contributing Member of the Ministers’ Fund on 31 December 2011 and so has an entitlement to benefits from the DB Plan within the Scheme.

  • The University shall make the required contributions under this paragraph 4.1(a) for any DC Member or DB Member on a Reduced Appointment as if such DC Member or DB Member, as the case may be, was employed on a full-time basis.

  • Accordingly, this Paragraph 18.7 applies to any DB Member or Pensioner (or beneficiary thereof) who has not received the full payment before May 1, 2010 of a lump sum amount that he or she is entitled to receive under the Superintendent’s Order or pursuant to Paragraph 18.1 or Paragraph 18.2 of the Plan.

  • For a DB Member, from and after January 1, 2012, the contributions shall be determined by applying the contribution rates in Schedule A applicable to the DB Member to the DB Member’s Basic Salary.

  • Except as otherwise set forth in this Section 2(C), with respect to an employee who was a DB Member and entered the Deputy Sheriffs bargaining unit covered under this Agreement prior to July 1, 2013, the monthly benefit formula shall equal two and one-half (2.5%) percent of the DB Member's final average compensation multiplied by his years of credited service, not to exceed seventy-five percent (75%) of final average compensation.

DB Member means a Member who accrues or is entitled to benefits under the DB Component.
