Development Levy definition

Development Levy means the levy imposed and created by this bylaw pursuant to the Act;
Development Levy means the fee paid by the parent as an agreed, non-refundable contribution to the School’s developmental costs, payable on the Child’s admission to the School as part of the School’s revenue for that year;
Development Levy means a levy imposed and provided for by this Bylaw pursuant to the Act.

Top Up Enrolment Fee Enrolment Top Up Fee– at the commencement of Grade 4 and Grade 8, and for the conversion of a day scholar to a boarder, a “top-up” payment shall be required to bring the enrolment fee into line with the termly fee amounts of those grades. The refundable and non-refundable portions shall be re-calculated on the topped up amount.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Development Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.
