De minimis source definition

De minimis source means a source whose excess cancer risk, chronic noncancer risk and acute noncancer risk estimates are each less than or equal to the Source Permit Level in OAR 340-245-8010 Table 1 when calculated based on the source’s capacity, as determined under OAR 340-245-0050(7).
