Representative Plaintiffs means Plaintiffs Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx.
Controlling Note Holder Representative shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6(a).
Holder Representative has the meaning specified in Section 11.1.
Note Holder Representative means a Controlling Note Holder Representative or a Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative, as applicable.
Stockholder Representative has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Shareholder Representative has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Non-Lead Securitization Noteholder Representative shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Non-Lead Securitization Noteholder”.
Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6(c).
Purchaser Representative means any person who satisfies all of the following conditions or who the issuer reasonably believes satisfies all of the following conditions:
Seller Representative means Xxxxx Bank.
Investor Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a).
Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder Representative means the “Directing Certificateholder” or equivalent Person under the Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Lead Securitization Note Holder Representative means the “Directing Certificateholder” or equivalent Person under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Holders’ Representative means the Holders’ Representative named in the first paragraph of this Agreement or any direct or indirect successor Holders’ Representative designated in accordance with Section 6.3.
Issuer Representative means the Chairman of the Board of the Issuer or such other person at the time, and from time to time, designated by written certificate of the Issuer furnished to the Borrower containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by its Chairman. Such certificate shall designate an alternate or alternates, any of whom may act at any time as Issuer Representative.

Lenders’ Representative means the person duly authorised by the Senior Lenders to act for and on behalf of the Senior Lenders with regard to matters arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, and includes his successors, assigns and substitutes;
Plaintiffs’ Counsel means Lead Counsel and all other legal counsel who, at the direction and under the supervision of Lead Counsel, performed services on behalf of the Settlement Class in the Action.
Member Representative means an individual who can make OHP-related decisions for a member who is not able to make such decisions themselves.
Indemnitee Agent Party as defined in Section 9.6.
Sellers’ Representative has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Shareholders’ Representative has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.
