In such event, ▇▇▇▇▇ may, upon prior written notice to Parent, provide each Account Debtor with the Account Debtor Notice of such Seller and further notify each Account Debtor of the sale of the Purchased Receivables and request that such Account Debtors (1) acknowledge receipt of such notification in writing; and (2) make payments to an account designated by ▇▇▇▇▇.
At the request of SHF, Client and SHF shall notify each person liable on a Purchased Account (an “Account Debtor”) by letter (each an “Account Debtor Notice Letter”) in a form acceptable to SHF that Purchased Accounts owed by such Account Debtor have been assigned and are payable to SHF.

Should the Supporting Materials be insufficient for Secured Party's review, Secured Party agrees to notify Debtor ("Secured Party Request") within three (3) business days of receipt of the Debtor Notice and Debtor shall, thereupon, use its best efforts to deliver all such supporting documents within three (3) days of receipt of the Secured Party Request.
