Declaration of Protective Covenants definition

Declaration of Protective Covenants means the Declaration of Protective Covenants, conditions, reservations, and restrictions running with the land, contained in deeds to lot owners granted by the developer and/or otherwise binding upon the lots within the Development as a result of a general scheme of development.
