Decommissioning Completion Date definition

Decommissioning Completion Date means the date on which all of the conditions precedent set forth on Schedule 2.2 to the Facility Lease have been satisfied or waived by the appropriate Party.
Decommissioning Completion Date shall have the meaning given to such term in the Port Washington I Facility Lease.
Decommissioning Completion Date means the date that each Committed Turbine within the Dubbo Regional LGA is decommissioned.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
