Dedicated Acreage definition

Dedicated Acreage in Article 1 of the Produced Water Agreement—Wild Basin is hereby amended to include the area on Exhibit A—1 attached to this Amendment (the “Xxxxxx DSU Area”).

Dedicated Acreage in Article 1 of the Crude Oil Agreement—Wild Basin is hereby amended to include the area on Exhibit A—1 attached to this Amendment (the “Xxxxxx DSU Area”).

Dedicated Acreage means those lands described on Exhibit B.

Examples of Dedicated Acreage in a sentence

• All Interests now owned or hereafter acquired by Producer and located wholly within the Dedicated Acreage.

• In such event, Gatherer shall pay Producer for such rights of way an amount per rod equal to the average price per rod paid by Gatherer for the purchase of rights of way in the Dedicated Acreage during the preceding 12 Month period.

• If Gatherer has not purchased right of way within the Dedicated Acreage during the previous 12 Months, then Gatherer shall pay Producer for such rights of way an amount per rod equal to the amount per rod paid by Gatherer under its most recent purchase of rights of way in the Dedicated Acreage.

• Producer shall provide a list of xxxxx from outside, but on DSUs that are contiguous with, the Dedicated Acreage that will be connected to existing CDPs or to new CDPs in accordance with this Section 7.2(b).

• Producer owns Interests and intends to produce Produced Water and Flowback Water from Xxxxx on the Dedicated Acreage.

More Definitions of Dedicated Acreage

Dedicated Acreage means only those certain areas shaded yellow on Exhibit A.

Dedicated Acreage means the Dedicated Instruments and the Dedicated Reserves.

Dedicated Acreage has the meaning set forth in Exhibit B-1.

Dedicated Acreage means Producer’s acreage as described on Exhibit A - Part 1, attached hereto and made a part hereof, including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Dedicated Instruments.

Dedicated Acreage means each of the Specified Areas and such additional areas added by Producer after December 31, 2019, pursuant to an agreement between the Parties.”

Dedicated Acreage set forth in Article 1 of the Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as set forth below:
