Dedicated Reserves. ’ means, with respect to Prairie Mines & Royalty Ltd., the coal reserves resulting from the combination of Prairie Mines & Royalty Ltd.’s coal reserves within the defined mine permit boundary at each mine with those of the relevant utility customers and, in some cases, other third parties.
Dedicated Reserves means the interest of Shipper in all Gas reserves in and under, and all Gas owned or Controlled by Shipper and produced or delivered from (i) lands within the area described on Exhibit C – Part 1 of the Catarina Gathering Agreement, and (ii) the Dedicated Instruments, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, and any and all additional right, title, interest, or claim of every kind and character of Shipper in (x) land within the area described on Exhibit C – Part 1 of the Catarina Gathering Agreement or (y) the Dedicated Instruments, and Gas production therefrom, and all interests in any xxxxx, whether now existing or drilled hereafter, on, or completed on, lands covered by a Dedicated Instrument or within the area described on Exhibit C – Part 1 of the Catarina Gathering Agreement.
Dedicated Reserves means the interest of Shipper in all Gas reserves in and under, and all Gas owned or Controlled by Shipper or which Shipper produced or delivered from lands within the area described on Exhibit D of the Comanche Gathering Agreement, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, and any and all additional right, title, interest, or claim of every kind and character of Shipper or its Affiliates in land within the area described on Exhibit D of the Comanche Gathering Agreement, and Gas production therefrom, and all interests in any xxxxx, whether now existing or drilled hereafter, on, or completed on, lands within the area described on Exhibit D of the Comanche Gathering Agreement.

Reserves equivalent to Categories I, II, III or IV are defined as Dedicated Reserves.
It is further agreed that any addition of Montane Dry Woodland to Dedicated Reserves in the Central Highlands region would, if required, be achieved from within the CAR Reserve System established in this Agreement and will take into consideration the distribution of Montane Damp Forest.

Prior to this Agreement the approximate protection of core zones within Dedicated Reserves was 70%, 42% and 32% for sites of National, State and Regional significance respectively.
More Definitions of Dedicated Reserves
Dedicated Reserves means the portion of the accumulated surplus that the Town has collected from developers to fund specific initiatives and/or projects. The funds may not be used for any other purpose than that for which they were collected.
Dedicated Reserves means all of the right, title and interest of Shipper in and to all Crude Petroleum reserves in and under the Subject Leases and the Wells Owned or Controlled by Shipper, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by Shipper.
Dedicated Reserves means the working interest of Producer in all Gas reserves in and under, and all Gas owned by Producer and produced or delivered from, (i) the Leases and (ii) other lands within the AMI, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, along with the processing rights and any and all additional right, title, interest, or claim of every kind and character of Producer or its Affiliates in (x) the Leases or (y) lands within the AMI, and Gas production therefrom, and all interests in any xxxxx, whether now existing or drilled hereafter, on, or completed on, lands covered by a Lease or within the AMI. Dedicated Reserves shall include Gas under contract with Producer from or otherwise attributable to (i) NFR Uinta Basin LLC under the Agreement dated July 25, 2007, and (ii) Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. under the Agreement dated May 1, 2005, and (iii) MBG Trust under the Agreement dated August 1, 2008, as they currently exist. Dedicated Reserves shall not include Gas acquired after the Effective Date of this Agreement by Producer through other means including, but not limited to, marketing arrangements or joint operating agreements. “Delivery Points” means (i) the points identified in Schedule 2 at which Gas is delivered to a Receiving Transporter by Gatherer and (ii) any additional delivery point that, from time to time, may be added by
Dedicated Reserves means all Gas reserves owned or controlled by Persons which have entered into agreements with any of the Loan Parties dedicating production of any Gas from lands specified in such agreement to processing at any Facility;
Dedicated Reserves means the interests of Producer and its Affiliates in all Gas reserves in and under, and all Gas owned or controlled by Producer or its Affiliates and produced or delivered from, (i) the Subject Leases and (ii) any other lands located within the AMI, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by Producer or its Affiliates.
Dedicated Reserves shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2(d).
