Dedicated Tanks has the meaning set forth in Section 5(a).

Examples of Dedicated Tanks in a sentence

  • Such Storage Services Fee shall include all storage, pumping, and transshipment between and among the Dedicated Tanks.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, such adjustment shall be made in proportion to the reduction in Operating Capacity for any time period compared with the Operating Capacity then in effect for the affected Dedicated Tanks pursuant to the mutually agreed Terminal Service Orders.

  • If any Dedicated Tanks are removed from service or cleaning of any tanks is performed by TLO at the specific request of Customer, Customer shall bear (or reimburse TLO) for all costs to clean, degas or otherwise prepare the tank(s) including, without limitation, the cost of removal, processing, transportation, disposal, of all waste and the cost of any taxes or charges TLO may be required to pay in regard to such waste.

  • The Parties recognize that the existing Operating Capacity of certain tanks is less than the Shell Capacity of such Dedicated Tanks, but the Parties acknowledge and agree that the Storage Services Fee shall be set in terms of a dollar-per-Barrel per Month rate based on Shell Capacity in the applicable Terminal Service Order.

  • It is also recognized that from time to time, a third party’s product may need to move through the Dedicated Tank(s).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, fees will be assessed only upon in-service Dedicated Tanks.

  • Should Provider take any of the Dedicated Tanks out of service for regulatory requirements, repair, or maintenance, Customer shall be solely responsible for any alternative storage or Product movements as required and all third-party fees associated with such movements that are not within the respective Terminal.

  • The Dedicated Tanks shall be subject to Section 3.2. Customer shall provide, own and maintain sufficient Barrels of Product as tank heels (the “Minimum Inventory”) in each of the Dedicated Tanks.

  • In the case of any cleaning and degassing under clauses (a) and (b), Operator shall be entitled to cause an inspection of the Dedicated Tanks at Customer’s expense to verify the cleaning and degassing.

Related to Dedicated Tanks

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • Dedicated FX Traffic means those calls routed by means of a physical, dedicated circuit delivering dial tone or otherwise serving an End User’s station from a serving Central Office (also known as End Office) located outside of that station’s mandatory local calling area. Dedicated FX Service permits the End User physically located in one exchange to be assigned telephone numbers resident in the serving Central (or End) Office in another “foreign” exchange, thereby creating a local presence in that “foreign” exchange.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Underground tank means a device meeting the definition of tank whose entire surface area is totally below the surface of and covered by the ground.

  • Tanks has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(b).

  • Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.

  • Dedicated check source means a radioactive source that is used to assure the constant operation of a radiation detection or measurement device over several months or years. This source may also be used for other purposes.

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

  • Underground injection means the subsurface emplacement of fluids through a bored, drilled or driven well; or through a dug well, where the depth of the dug well is greater than the largest surface dimension. (See also “injection well”.)

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Storage tank means an aboveground storage tank or underground storage tank as defined by this Regulation.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Aboveground storage tank shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing aboveground storage tanks.

  • chemical tanker means a ship constructed or adapted and used for the carriage in bulk of any liquid product listed in chapter 17 of the International Bulk Chemical Code;

  • Environmentally critical area means an area or feature which is of significant environmental value, including but not limited to: stream corridors, natural heritage priority sites, habitats of endangered or threatened species, large areas of contiguous open space or upland forest, steep slopes, and well head protection and groundwater recharge areas. Habitats of endangered or threatened species are identified using the Department’s Landscape Project as approved by the Department’s Endangered and Nongame Species Program.

  • Underground storage tank system means an underground storage tank and the connected underground piping, underground ancillary equipment, and containment system, if any.

  • Septic tank means a watertight, accessible, covered receptacle designed and constructed to receive sewage from a building sewer, settle solids from the liquid, digest organic matter, store digested solids through a period of retention, and allow the clarified liquids to discharge to other treatment units for final disposal.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Underground area means an underground room, such as a basement, cellar, shaft or vault, providing enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.

  • Surface waters means all waters of the state as defined in G.S. 143-212 except underground waters

  • Surface impoundment or "impoundment" means a facility or part of a facility which is a natural topographic depression, man-made excavation, or diked area formed primarily of earthen materials (although it may be lined with man-made materials), which is designed to hold an accumulation of liquid wastes or wastes containing free liquids, and which is not an injection well. Examples of surface impoundments are holding, storage, settling, and aeration pits, ponds, and lagoons.

  • Transboundary movement means any movement of hazardous wastes or other wastes from an area under the national jurisdiction of one State to or through an area under the national jurisdiction of another State or to or through an area not under the national jurisdiction of any State, provided at least two States are involved in the movement;

  • Surface water means all water which is open to the atmosphere and subject to surface runoff.
