Examples of Default Period in a sentence
Lender may at any time during a Default Period, in its commercially reasonable discretion and without demand or notice to anyone, set off any liability owed to Lake District by Lender against any Obligations, whether or not due.
During a Default Period, Lender may, but without any obligation to do so and without notice to or demand on Lake District and without releasing Lake District from any Obligations, make any payment or do any act required of Lake District in the Loan Documents with respect to any Obligations, which payment or action on the part of Lender will be in such manner and to such extent as Lender deems necessary to protect the Collateral.
