Defaulted Securities Amount definition

Defaulted Securities Amount means the sum, with respect to each Defaulted Security in the Collateral, of the lesser of (i) the product of the Principal Balance of such Defaulted Security and the Applicable Recovery Rate of such Defaulted Security and (ii) the product of the Principal Balance of such Defaulted Security and the Market Value of such Defaulted Security.
Defaulted Securities Amount means the GBP Equivalent of the nominal amount of the Defaulted Securities.As used in this Condition 4(g), “Eligible Securities” means transferable securities rated Aaa by Moody’s or AAA by S&P.All rights of Replacement under this Condition 4(g) shall cease immediately upon the Security constituted by the Trust Deed becoming enforceable, whether in whole or in part.”If applicable, a notice of amendment will be filed with the Irish Stock Exchange and Noteholders will be notified, in respect of any such substitution of Collateral.

  • Qualifying Capital Securities means securities (other than Common Stock, rights to acquire Common Stock and securities convertible into Common Stock) that, in the determination of the Corporation’s Board of Directors reasonably construing the definitions and other terms of this Replacement Capital Covenant, meet one of the following criteria:
