Defect Correction definition

Defect Correction means either a modification or addition that, when made or added to the Solution, establishes material conformity of the Solution to the applicable Requirements, or a procedure or routine that, when observed in the regular operation of the Solution, eliminates the practical adverse effect on the State of such nonconformity.
Defect Correction means either a modification or addition that, when made or added to the System or any component thereof, establishes material conformity of the System or any component thereof to the functional System Specifications therefor, or a procedure or routine that, when observed in the regular operation of the System or any component thereof, eliminates the practical adverse effect on PEBA of such nonconformity or Defect.
