Deferred Fee Program definition

Deferred Fee Program means the provisions of the Plan that permit Participants to defer all or part of their Compensation.
Deferred Fee Program has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(c).

Examples of Deferred Fee Program in a sentence

  • Each Non-Employee Director shall be eligible to participate in the Deferred Fee Program.

  • A Participant may cease to defer future Compensation in the Deferred Fee Program by completing and executing a Modified Election Form, and delivering it to the Secretary of the Company.

  • Each Non-Employee Director who makes a Deferral Election shall become a Participant in the Deferred Fee Program.

Related to Deferred Fee Program

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.

  • Deferred Compensation Plan means any plan, agreement or arrangement maintained by the Company from time to time that provides opportunities for deferral of compensation.

  • Deferred Compensation Account means the account maintained with respect to each Participant under the Plan. The Deferred Compensation Account shall be credited with Participant Deferral Credits and Employer Credits, credited or debited for deemed investment gains or losses, and adjusted for payments in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8. The Deferred Compensation Account of a Participant shall include any In-Service or Education Account of the Participant, if applicable.
