Deferred Stock Rights definition

Deferred Stock Rights means the right to receive shares of Common Stock upon termination as a director of the Company, as described in Section 6(e) of the Plan.
Deferred Stock Rights means the right to receive shares of Common Stock on a designated future date or dates, as provided in Section 8 of the Plan. Each Deferred Stock Right represents the right to receive one share of Common Stock in the future.
Deferred Stock Rights means the right to receive shares of Common Stock upon Separation from Services, as described in Section 6(e) of the Plan. "Dividend" has the meaning set forth in Section 6(e) of the Plan.
