Deficiency Dividend definition

Deficiency Dividend means a distribution of the Fund within the meaning of Section 859(d) of the Code.
Deficiency Dividend means, for any Partnership Fiscal Year, an amount equal to the quotient obtained by dividing (i) the adjustment (as defined in Section 860(d)(2) of the Code) in respect of a determination (as defined in Section 860(e) of the Code) in respect of TCO for such Partnership Fiscal Year, by (ii) the Percentage Interest of TCO on the Relevant Date. "Deficiency Dividend Notice" is defined in Section 6.4 hereof.
Deficiency Dividend means the General Partner’s declaration and distribution of a deficiency dividend as provided in Section 860 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, for the General Partner’s taxable years ending December 31, 1991, 1992, 1993 and 1994.

Deficiency Dividend means either (a) any deficiency dividend within the meaning of Code Section 860(f), or (b) any distribution pursuant to Code Section 852(e) or the application of principles similar thereto pursuant to the Treasury Regulations promulgated under Code Section 857(a)(2) in connection with the distribution of earnings and profits (within the meaning of the Code) that have been accumulated in, or are attributable to, any taxable period of the Company through and including the Closing Date.

  • Extraordinary Dividend means any cash dividend or distribution (or portion thereof) that the Calculation Agent determines, in its sole discretion, is extraordinary or special; and

  • Ex-Dividend Date means the first date on which shares of the Common Stock trade on the applicable exchange or in the applicable market, regular way, without the right to receive the issuance, dividend or distribution in question, from the Company or, if applicable, from the seller of Common Stock on such exchange or market (in the form of due bills or otherwise) as determined by such exchange or market.

  • Class A-X Notional Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Non-Discount Mortgage Loans.

  • Target Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, 3.00% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cut-off Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Target Overcollateralization Amount shall not exceed the Adjusted Pool Balance on such Payment Date.
