Repair Charges. The Resident shall pay to the Operator on demand all costs incurred by the Operator in respect of the repair and maintenance of the interior of the Unit or Rest Home Apartment including (where applicable) the repair and maintenance of any stove, microwave oven, clothes dryer, refrigerator, washing machine, garage doors, plumbing and electrical fixtures and fittings and other Operator’s Chattels contained in the Unit or Rest Home Apartment.

Repair Charges. Repairs that are done at the property that result from Lessee negligence or are direct or indirect damage caused by the Lessee or Lessee’s guest, will be charged to the Lessee.

Repair Charges. (1) You are liable for the cost of repairing locks, keys, screens, window glass and storm windows regardless of what necessitates the work. (2) Other than described in (1), you are liable for the cost, repair, labor and material, if it is determined that the work is necessitated by carelessness, misuse or neglect on the part of you, your family, or your visitors, whether the work is needed in your own unit or another unit in the Building. (3) The following are only some examples of the kinds of damage, which can generally be determined as caused by your carelessness, misuse or neglect: (a) punctured walls, ceilings, etc., (b) broken sinks, wash basins, toilet tanks, light fixtures, etc.; (c) jammed plumbing lines and plugged toilets caused by putting inappropriate objects in them such as pampers, (d) broken porch railings and punctured exterior siding. (4) Repair charges are not limited to conditions des- cribed in (3). See the occupancy Agreement. In any case, you have the right to discuss with management the reasonableness of the charges. (5) If, however, the Resident can produce proof satisfactory to the Landlord that damage to doors or windows is the result of burglary, the Resident will not be responsible for repair charges. Proof must include a copy of the police report.

Repair Charges. Charges apply for repairs under the following circumstances: ⯎ Post-warranty period. ⯎ Altered products or parts, or removed serial number labels. ⯎ Damage or functional issues due to misuse, unauthorized disassembly or modification, poor operating conditions, improper maintenance, accidents, or other causes. ⯎ Damage due to natural disasters.
Repair Charges. IHoldings may: a) charge you for repairs to, or replacement of, any Equipment that is lost, damaged or destroyed while it is in your care (Repair Charges); and b) at any time swap the Equipment for alternative equipment offering essentially the same functionality.
