Repair Charges Sample Clauses

The Repair Charges clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for covering the costs of repairing damage or defects to property or equipment under the agreement. Typically, it specifies which party is liable for repair expenses, outlines the process for reporting and addressing necessary repairs, and may set limits or conditions on what constitutes a chargeable repair. This clause ensures that both parties understand their financial obligations regarding maintenance, thereby preventing disputes and clarifying how repair costs are managed during the contract term.
