Delaware Division definition

Delaware Division means with respect to any corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, the statutory division of such corporation into two or more corporations pursuant to the Delaware General Corporation Law.

  • Member of the University Community means any person who is a volunteer including high school students, an enrolled student, faculty or staff member, University official, any other person employed by the University or campus visitors.

The term always includes railroads whether or not they are so defined as public utilities.

  • SAHRC means the South African Human Rights Commission.

  • Secretary of State means the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware.

  • Parenting plan means a written plan describing each parent's rights and responsibilities.
