Delayed Connection Days definition

Delayed Connection Days means the number of Days (without duplication) from the On-Line Deadline until such applicable facilities are completed by Gatherer or (under Section 3.2(d)) by Shipper and/or such Gathering Services can be provided by Gatherer.

Related to Delayed Connection Days

  • Connection Date means the date when the Carrier having received the relevant information from the Company is in a position to and has agreed to commence provision of the Fixed Network Services to the Customer;

  • Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Shared Contracts has the meaning specified in Section 4.12(b).

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.
