Delegated Authority Matrix definition

Delegated Authority Matrix means the matrix establishing the authorized amounts for defined renovation and change order costs as well as an escalation process for approvals exceeding authorized amounts.
Delegated Authority Matrix. The delegated authority matrix attached as Exhibit 9 hereto, as may be updated or amended by the written agreement of the Parties, and in addition, the restrictions on the Subservicer’s authority, if any, appearing in the Pricing Schedule are deemed to be a part of the Delegated Authority Matrix.
Delegated Authority Matrix. The Delegated Authority Matrix attached hereto as Exhibit XII, which may be amended from time to time by amendment to this Agreement. The Delegated Authority Matrix applies solely to Asset Loans.

  • In the event estimated repairs exceed pre-authorized amounts per the Delegated Authority Matrix, Altisource will follow the Defined Escalation Process for approval.

  • Altisource will authorize certain Change Orders based on the Delegated Authority Matrix to be performed without delay.

  • Altisource will make reasonable commercial efforts to minimize total overall cost of maintaining Rental Property based on Residential Customer Design Specifications and Delegated Authority Matrix for approval of repairs.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties agree that the provisions set forth in the Delegated Authority Matrix must not impair Seller’s ability to achieve on-balance sheet accounting for the contemplated transaction.

  • In the event of a conflict between the Delegated Authority Matrix and the servicing standard set forth in this paragraph, the Subservicer shall follow the Delegated Authority Matrix unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • Appropriate Authority means any government or taxing authority.

  • Sanctions Authorities means the respective governmental institutions and agencies of any of the United States, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, including without limitation, OFAC, the United States Department of State, and Her Majesty's Treasury;

  • Applicable Authority means (a) with respect to SOFR, the SOFR Administrator or any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Administrative Agent or the SOFR Administrator and (b) with respect to any Alternative Currency, the applicable administrator for the Relevant Rate for such Alternative Currency or any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Administrative Agent or such administrator.

  • Authority Document(s) means document(s) duly adopted by the Board by resolution or motion implementing the powers, functions and activities of the Authority, including but not limited to the Operating Rules and Regulations, the annual budget, and plans and policies.

  • Sanctions Authority means the United States (including, without limitation, OFAC and the U.S. Department of State), the United Kingdom (including, without limitation, Her Majesty’s Treasury), the European Union and any EU member state, the United Nations Security Council, and any other relevant sanctions authority.

  • Compliance Authority means each and all of the (a) U.S. Treasury Department/Office of Foreign Assets Control, (b) U.S. Treasury Department/Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, (c) U.S. State Department/Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, (d) U.S. Commerce Department/Bureau of Industry and Security, (e) the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, (f) the U.S. Justice Department, and (g) the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
