Delivery Intervals definition

Delivery Intervals means the frequency with which you will supply the Milk as specified Summary of Key Terms Section C Discloser means the party disclosing Confidential Information.
Delivery Intervals means the frequency with which the Xxxxxx will supply the Required Volume of Milk to Coles, as specified in the table on page 1 of this Agreement.
Delivery Intervals means the frequency with which you will supply the Milk as specified in schedule 1. Failed Milk is defined in clause 3.4(c). Failed Milk Corrective Action is defined in clause 3.4(c).
