Delivery Milestone means each of the separate delivery dates provided for in the Purchase Order.

More Definitions of Delivery Milestone

Delivery Milestone means, with respect to any Phase 2 New System, the completion of the following activities:

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

The schedule and scope of the study is defined in Sections 25.5.9.2.1 and 25.7.1.2 of this Attachment S.

  • Delivery Condition has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Final completion and acceptance means the stage in the progress of the work as determined by the Contracting Officer and confirmed in writing to the Contractor, at which all work required under the contract has been completed in a satisfactory manner, subject to the discovery of defects after final completion, and except for items specifically excluded in the notice of final acceptance.

  • Milestone Failure means a failure by the Grant Recipient fully to achieve any Milestone by the relevant Milestone Date;
