Permits and Legal Requirements. The Contractor shall secure, maintain, renew, and pay for all permits and governmental fees, licenses, and inspections necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work called for under this Contract. The Contractor further agrees all Work shall be performed in accordance with and all materials furnished by it under this Contract shall comply strictly with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, and orders of all federal, state, and local governmental authorities, agencies, departments, or bureaus having jurisdiction and which affect the Work hereunder (the “Legal Requirements”) without extra charge or expense. The Contractor will be responsible for a violation of any such Legal Requirements arising out of the performance of the Work by the Contractor and will indemnify and save harmless the Owner and the Owner's Representative from and against any fine or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements, resulting to them by reason of any such violation by the Contractor. The Contractor shall cooperate with the Owner and the Owner's Representative by, among other things, appearing at any court, administrative, or legal proceedings or hearings held in connection with alleged violations of such Legal Requirements.

Borrower shall comply with and keep in effect all permits and approvals obtained from any governmental bodies that relate to the lawful construction of the Improvements. Borrower shall comply with all existing and future laws, regulations, orders and requirements of all governmental, judicial and legal authorities having jurisdiction over the Land or Improvements and with all restrictions and agreements affecting the Land or Improvements or Borrower's use or development thereof.
Permits and Legal Requirements. The Transfer Stations are subject to Law and Permits. Contractor shall be familiar with and comply with all such Laws and Permits and supporting documents including, without limitation: General Permit to Discharge Storm Water Associated with Industrial Activities, Order No. 97-03-DWQ and supporting documents - Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board; and Solid Waste Facility Permits and supporting document – Transfer/Processing Reports, issued by the California Integrated Waste Management Board. Contractor shall bear the cost of any fines and re-inspections issued for any violations by the Contractor of any of the terms of any Permits, or any other applicable requirements of Law, and governmental authority. Contractor shall secure, from the applicable Governmental Authority, any and all necessary permits, consents and authorizations for the performance of work and any site improvements performed by Contractor in conjunction with this Agreement. In the cases when Republic directs Contractor to perform work that is Republic’s express responsibility under the Agreement or this Scope of Services, Republic will acquire any necessary permits and reimburse Contractor as provided at Section R, below.

Borrower will comply with all existing and future laws, regulations, orders and requirements of all governmental, judicial or legal authorities having jurisdiction over the Property or Project, and with all recorded restrictions affecting the Property.
Permits and Legal Requirements. The Borrower will comply with and keep in effect all permits and approvals obtained from any governmental authorities or agencies that relate to the lawful operation of the Borrower's restaurant business and/or any of its restaurant locations and which are material to Borrower's restaurant business, the sale of liquor, and/or its operations. The Borrower will comply with all existing and future laws, regulations, orders and requirements of all governmental, judicial or legal authorities having jurisdiction over the Borrower's restaurants and the properties on which Borrower's restaurants are located, and with all recorded restrictions affecting said properties.
Permits and Legal Requirements. Buyer will comply with and keep in effect all permits and approvals obtained from any governmental bodies that relate to Buyer's ownership and operation of the Property and the development and construction on the Property of one or more buildings (collectively, the "Buildings"), together with parking, landscaping and common areas and all infrastructure required of Buyer in connection with the development and construction of the Buildings (collectively, the "Improvements"). Buyer will comply with all existing and future laws, regulations, orders, and requirements of all governmental, judicial, or legal authorities having jurisdiction over the Property or the Improvements, and with all recorded restrictions affecting the Property.
