Delivery Tenn. Has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2. Effective Date: Has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1. Examples of Delivery Tenn in a sentence

  • During the Delivery Tenn, Seller shall provide a Day- Ahead Forecast of generation (the "Day-Ahead Generation Notice") to Buyer via Buyer's internet site, as provided in Appendix A, for each day no later than fourteen (14) hours before the beginning of the "Preschedule Day", as defined by the WECC, for such day.

  • During the Delivery Tenn, the following Fixed Energy Priec shall be paid for energy delivered in accordance with the terms of Ihis Amendment.
