Demand Percentage definition

Demand Percentage means the percentage of demand for fire services, facilities, or programs attributable to each Property Use Category determined by analyzing the historical demand for fire services as reflected in Incident Reports in the City's Database under the methodology described in Section 6 of this Preliminary Rate Resolution.

  • Funding Percentage means, for each Lender at the time of any Revolving Borrowing or Revolving Facility LC Issuance, (i) if there is no Aggregate Canadian Sub-Facility Exposure, such Lender’s Fixed Commitment Percentage, or (ii) if there is any Aggregate Canadian Sub-Facility Exposure, such Lender’s Adjusted Commitment Percentage.
