Fire Protection Services definition

Fire Protection Services means and includes only the following:

Fire Protection Services means and includes the activities defined in the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, more particularly described as: “includes fire suppression, fire prevention, fire safety education, communications, training of persons involved in the provision of fire protection services, rescue and emergency services and the delivery of all those services”.

• If the applicable Cooperating Volunteer Agency company does not resolve the subject condition within such thirty (30) days period, the Township may elect to suspend its contract with said company to Provide Fire Protection Services pursuant to this Agreement.

• In lieu of such termination, the Township may elect to suspend its duty to permit the said company to Provide Fire Protection Services under and pursuant to this Agreement for any Cooperating Volunteer Agency company that does not operate according to the rules, regulations, directives, and/or general orders set forth by the Township.

• The South River Machar Fire Department will supply Fire Protection Services to all the properties and residents situated within the geographical area as shown as Appendix “A”.

More Definitions of Fire Protection Services

Fire Protection Services means and includes the activities defined in the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, more particularly described as including fire suppression, rescue and emergency services, and the delivery of all those services,

Fire Protection Services means fire protection and associated services including:

Fire Protection Services means all aspects of protection provided by the Fire Department including fire safety activities, fire prevention, firefighting or structural fire suppression, pre-fire planning, fire investigation, Medical First Responder Services, public education and information, training or other staff development and advising;

Fire Protection Services means firefighting capacity to contain, control, and extinguish fires; the mitigation of fire-related hazards; and emergency medical services.

Fire Protection Services means providing Fire Inspections/Fire Prevention services as the authority having jurisdiction, emergency medical services, fire suppression, response to illegal burn activities, water salvage, any and all types of rescue calls for service, special event stand-bys, hazardous materials response, and any other type of calls for service.

Fire Protection Services means a range of programs designed to protect the lives and property of the inhabitants and public at large within the fire department response area from the adverse effects of fire, sudden medical emergency or exposure to dangerous conditions created by man or nature and includes fire suppression, fire prevention, fire and public safety education, communication, training of persons involved in the provision of fire protection services, specialized rescue and emergency services, maintenance and servicing of apparatus and equipment, and the delivery of all of those services;

Fire Protection Services means the Section within North Battleford Fire Department responsible for fire inspections, fire cause determination, fire arson investigations and fire and life safety public education programs;
