Demobilisation Notice definition

Demobilisation Notice. ’ means the communication issued by the Company to the Contractor advising the latter to remove its equipment and personnel from Company Supply Base upon completion / termination of the Contract.
Demobilisation Notice shall have the meaning given to that term in Clause 16.2.1 (Demobilisation);

  • Upon issuing a Demobilisation Notice, the Principal will only reimburse the Contractor for a maximum of five (5) further days in respect of all plant and equipment to be demobilised in accordance with the Demobilisation Notice, or the period for which the relevant plant and equipment remains on Site, whichever is less.

  • Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.

  • Drawdown Notice means a notice in the form set out in Schedule 2 (or in any other form which the Agent approves or reasonably requires);

  • Confirmation Notice means a notice provided by the Issuer to an Investor in accordance with clause 1.3(c) of the Terms;

  • Cancellation Notice has the meaning given in Clause 8.6;

  • Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).

  • Transaction Notice means a written request of Seller to enter into a Transaction in a form attached as Exhibit C hereto or such other form as shall be mutually agreed upon between Seller and Purchaser, which is delivered to the Purchaser in accordance with Section 3(c) herein.

  • Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

  • Notice of Loan means a Notice of Loan in the form of the attached Exhibit D.

  • Retraction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(c).

  • Redirection Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14(c).
