Standby Charges shall apply for a Contractor’s Items, from the date & time of completion of mobilization of that item at the Company specified Location/ Company Supply Base in accordance with the Mobilization Notice/ Call Out Order issued by Company, to the date and time specified in Demobilization Notice for commencement of demobilization of that equipment and shall be prorated to the nearest Hour if the qualifying period is less than a Day.
Demobilization shall start as soon as Engineer-in-Charges issues Demobilization Notice to the Contractor.
