Demolition Costs definition
Demolition Costs means payment for any work needed for the removal of buildings or other existing structures from City property.
Demolition Costs means the estimated costs of demolition of the Project and restoration of the UTS Site to the satisfaction of the University based on evidence received from a contractor with demonstrated experience in undertaking similar work. Restoration of the UTS Site to the satisfaction of the University shall be based upon ensuring the UTS Site is left in a safe and hazard free state in compliance with all Applicable Law and suitable for redevelopment.
Demolition Costs means only Seller's out-of-pocket costs directly related to the physical demolition of the North Building and the Forge Building and, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include any other Liabilities that may arise out of or result from such demolition, such as Liabilities under Environmental Laws or Environmental Claims or the costs of any Remedial Action.
