Demonstration Product definition

Demonstration Product means the client-based voice communication software developed by Licensor and based upon or derived from the WebPhone Technology and that has more limited, or restricted, functionality, than the Restricted Product, as licensed to Creative under the license agreement as described in EXHIBIT B attached hereto.
Demonstration Product means Product provided by Manufacturer to Marketer at no charge for use in demonstrating the features and benefits of the Product to customers.
Demonstration Product or “Demos” means either single-use or multiple-use products provided free of charge by or on behalf of a Member to HCOs or HCPs who are equipped and qualified to use them. Demos are supplied solely for the purpose of demonstrating safe and effective use and appropriate functionality of a product and are not intended for clinical use. Demos do not include the following:
