Demurrage as herein used means all charges associated with the disposition of Crude Oil, including all damages borne or incurred by Carrier as a result of such disposition.
Consignee means the person to whom the goods are required to be delivered as specified in the Contract. If the goods are required to be delivered to a person as an interim consignee for the purpose of dispatch to another person as provided in the Contract then that "another" person is the consignee, also known as ultimate consignee.
Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).
Aviation fuel means all flammable liquids composed of a
Bill of lading means a document of title evidencing the receipt of goods for shipment issued by a person engaged in the business of directly or indirectly transporting or forwarding goods. The term does not include a warehouse receipt.
IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;
