Demurrage Invoice means any invoice for demurrage and/or detention charges that is governed by the Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 2022 (OSRA) or the Shipping Act, and specifically including the Interpretative Rule on Demurrage and Detention Under the Shipping Act (See 46 C.F.R. 545.5 and 85 FR 29638-01) and rules governing Common Carriers (see 46 U.S. Code 41104 as amended by PL 117-146.)
