Density Bonus Units definition

Density Bonus Units means additional units to which an applicant for a Density Bonus Project is entitled and constructs pursuant to Government Code Section 65915.

More Definitions of Density Bonus Units

Density Bonus Units means those residential units granted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter that exceed the otherwise allowable maximum residential density for the development site.
