Department of Enterprise Services or “DES” shall mean the state of Washington Department of Enterprise Services, any division, section, office, unit or other entity of DES or any of the officers or other officials lawfully representing DES.

The Agency name, the Purchaser, shall be listed as the “additional insureds.” The limits of liability insurance shall not be less than table above and may be increased based on the scope, complexity, and risk of the Solution purchased. Contractors shall provide the Purchaser with a copy of the Certificate of Insurance for all policies within fifteen (15) calendar days of Technology Solution Contract execution. The Certificate must include the affected Technology Solution Contract reference number.
