Additional Insurance Coverage. To the extent coverage is applicable to Contractor’s services under this Contract, Contractor must maintain the following insurance coverage:
(1) Cyber Liability: $1,000,000 per incident with the aggregate limit twice the required limit to cover the full replacement value of damage to, alteration of, loss of, or destruction of electronic data and/or information property of the County that will be in the care, custody or control of Contractor under this Contract.
(2) Professional Liability: $2,000,000 combined single limit per claim and in the aggregate. The policy shall remain in full force and effect for no less than 5 years following the completion of work under this Contract.
Additional Insurance Coverage. If coverage is not provided through the general liability policy, Associations involved in additional activities shall provide liability insurance in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury and property damages combined for the following situations: Products Liability (where food is served or food products are sold); Liquor Liability (where the serving or sale of alcohol is permitted).

Additional Insurance Coverage. Employees of the City shall be provided with the opportunity to obtain insurance coverage for dental, vision and life policies under such terms and conditions as are afforded to all employees within the City. An employee’s participation in such plans is optional. All employees who participate in such plans will be required to contribute through payroll deduction to the premium for the plans as determined by the City. The contribution rate for 2017 and 2018 shall be 10% of the premium costs for the plans. For 2019, the parties may engage in a re-opener in the same method as set forth in Section 30.2.
Additional Insurance Coverage. An adjunct unit member may secure more insurance than his/her stipend covers by authorizing a salary deduction to cover the added premium costs.
Additional Insurance Coverage. Design-Builder shall provide such other insurance as may be required by the Department depending upon the nature of the Project, including but not limited to: • Protection and Indemnity Insurance (i.e., marine insurance). • U.S. Xxxxxxxxx and Harborworker’s Act and Xxxxx Act endorsements under the Worker’s Compensation Insurance. • Railroad Protective Insurance, as set forth in Section 107.19 below. Any such insurance requirements will be set forth in this Part 5 or in the RFP.
Additional Insurance Coverage. Without derogating from Contractor's liability and obligations pursuant to the Agreement and/or under any applicable law, in addition to the foregoing insurance the Contractor shall effect and maintain the following insurances:
21.2.1. From the initial Purchase Order and during the entire term of this Agreement an Employers' Liability Insurance in respect of the non-Israeli employees employed by Contractor.
21.2.2. From the initial Purchase Order and during the entire term of this Agreement Third Party Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance on an annually renewable basis, as specified in Exhibit M2 hereto.
21.2.3. From the date of initial Purchase Order and through all periods in which Contractor and/or the Company may be held legally liable, provided that such period shall not be less than seven (7) years or the term of this Agreement, whichever is longer, a Product Liability Insurance and Professional Liability Insurance on an annually renewable basis, as specified in Exhibit M2 hereto.
21.2.4. Any and all vehicles that will be brought to the Project/Site by the Contractor and/or anyone acting on its behalf will be covered, throughout the entire terms of this Agreement and any subsequent period, by Compulsory Insurance (for bodily injury) as required by law, Comprehensive Property Insurance for the vehicles and also Third Party (vehicle) Insurance covering property damages and also bodily injuries that there is no legal requirement to insure, with a limit of liability of not less than the standard limit of liability that is customary at the time of arranging or renewing such insurance, as the case may be.

Additional Insurance Coverage. Prior to Closing, Seller shall extend, at Seller's expense, the current directors and officers insurance coverage and errors and omissions insurance coverage of Seller for a period of two years following the Closing Date to indemnify John Xxxx xxx any Losses arising from any acts or omissions of Mr. Xxxx xxxor to the Closing in connection with his employment by or his provision of services to Seller or any of its Subsidiaries (including the Transferred Companies).
