Department of Environment means the Nova Scotia Department of the Environment & Labour or its successors;
Department of Environment and the acronym “DOE” mean the Borrower’s agency in charge of environmental mangement at the national level, established pursuant to the Cabinet Ruling dated March 2, 1972 , as the same may be amended from time to time, and any successor thereto;
Department of Environment means the Department of Environment within the Recipient’s Ministry of Environment and Forest.
