  • The Swap Provider and the Derivative Administrator shall be third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement to the same extent as if they were parties hereto, and shall have the right to enforce the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Compact administrator means: the individual in each compacting state appointed pursuant to the terms of this compact, responsible for the administration and management of the state's supervision and transfer of juveniles subject to the terms of this compact, the rules adopted by the Interstate Commission and policies adopted by the State Council under this compact.

  • Master Servicer means the master servicer appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Lead Securitization Directing Certificateholder means the “Directing Certificateholder” as defined in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
