Design Approval means a type certificate (TC) (including Amended TCs and STCs) or the approved design under a Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA), Technical Standard Order Authorization (TSOA), letter of TSO design approval, or other approved design. This includes OSD constituents (for EASA).
